Through Rebecca's private practice located at 38 Dawson Highway Biloela, face-to-face sessions are available for individuals and couples. This enables clients to access in-person counselling, sand tray and play therapy services. Rebecca provides telehealth services Australia-wide to adults, teens, and children.
Rebecca understands the complexities of accessing in-person services in a community that has varying rosters and shifts. Therefore, Rebecca offers early morning, evening, and weekend appointments upon request. Please contact Rebecca to organise a mutually suitable appointment time.
Our Services

Sandtray Therapy
Sandtray therapy helps individuals work through painful conscious or unconscious memories.
Sand play is a nonverbal, symbolic and sensory form of therapy that allows individuals the opportunity to portray feelings, experiences, and internal states, often difficult to express in words. This technique facilitates healing, gaining insight, and problem-solving.

Play Therapy
Play therapy provides a safe space for children to play out their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It supports emotional regulation and social skills, and gives children a space to practice new skills in a supportive environment.
Play therapy builds self-esteem, emotional understanding, and resilience, and can support reduction in maladaptive behaviours.

Sensorimotor Art Therapy
Art Therapy is the use of creating art and creative processes in a therapeutic setting to express feelings and explore experiences. The purpose is to provide a safe and supportive space to explore and engage in the creative process. It can help you to heal as it allows you to express yourself, focusing on your emotions.
